All-Ireland Final Beckons for Limerick
Following a pulsating All-Ireland Senior Hurling semi-final against Clare last Sunday, Limerick have booked their place in the 2026 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final after a dramatic 1-22 to 1-19 victory.
Congratulations to the players, management and everyone involved in another memorable success, especially our own clubman Colin Ryan, along with our near neighbours who are part of the Limerick backroom team, Eibhear O'Dea, Conor Ahern and Denny Ahern.
All-Ireland final fever is sure to grip the county over the coming days as the scramble for those coveted tickets begins ahead of the final on Sunday, July 19th, in Croke Park. Best of luck to everyone involved as Limerick aim to bring the Liam MacCarthy Cup home once again.
Minor Hurling
Well done to our Minor hurlers who recorded an excellent away victory over Newcastle West in the Minor B Group 1 Championship during the week. Pallasgreen produced a superb team performance to come away with a deserved 2-17 to 1-11 win.

Pallasgreen LGFA
Congratulations to our Junior Ladies who qualified for the Division 3 County League Final following a thrilling victory over Croom in Pallas last Saturday evening.
Played at a tremendous pace from start to finish, the game provided a fantastic spectacle for those in attendance. Trailing with ten minutes remaining, the Pallas ladies showed tremendous determination and character to find another gear and complete a remarkable comeback, securing victory on a scoreline of 7-4 to 4-11.

The Pallasgreen Blue team defeated Cappagh by 4-13 to 2-6, while the Pallasgreen Yellow team recorded an impressive 3-13 to 2-4 win over Feoghanagh/Castlemahon. Well done to all the players and mentors on two outstanding performances.
U14 Football
Hard luck to our U14 footballers who were defeated by Knockainey in a sun-drenched Kilteely on Thursday evening. After trailing by just a single point at half-time (1-4 to 1-3), Knockainey struck for two second-half goals to secure victory on a final score of 3-8 to 1-4. Well done to all the players for their efforts.
Limerick Ladies Football
Hard luck to local player Emily Franklin, who lined out with the Limerick U18 Ladies Football team in their ZuCar All-Ireland semi-final against Longford in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, last Wednesday. After a closely contested encounter, Longford finished the stronger to claim victory. Well done to Emily and all of her teammates on a fine season.
Golf Classic
The annual Pallasgreen GAA Golf Classic will take place on Friday, August 21st, at Ballykisteen Golf Club. Further details regarding tee times and bookings will be announced shortly. The club would appreciate the continued support of members, sponsors and supporters.
